Terms and Conditions

By using this site you agree to these terms. Our terms and conditions apply to every visitor, registered user and VIP subscriber. You must be 18 or older.

Tips and analysis are opinions based on available information. They are never guarantees of any result or profit. Betting carries risk: only stake what you can afford to lose. We are not responsible for losses arising from your decisions.

We do not support or condone any nature of crime, including fraud, money laundering, use of stolen funds or accounts, identity theft or any other illegal activity. Accounts connected to such activity may be suspended, disabled and reported to the relevant authorities.

VIP access is paid through M-Pesa and activates only after payment is confirmed. You must register your own M-Pesa number. Once saved it cannot be changed by you. Payments from numbers that do not belong to you may be refused or reversed.

We may suspend, disable or delete accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk. Payment records are kept for accounting and security.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your choices. Without them parts of the site will not work.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
